💸 Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds for products purchased through AnMar Pharmaceutical and Food Services Ltd (“AnMar PFS”).


🔁 Returns

Due to the nature of our products (supplements and consumables), we are only able to accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order

To initiate a return, please email us at support@AnMarpfs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

This policy complies with UK hygiene and safety regulations regarding consumable products.


✅ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect


🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@AnMarpfs.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
